Elkettes Dancers

The Centerville Coed Elkettes team was founded in 2001 by former coed Nicole Pallant. Originally, the team was referred to as The Centerville Coed Elementary Dance Team and comprised of 3-5th graders in the Centerville area.

Currently, the Centerville Coed Elkettes is a competitive dance team that consists of 4th – 6th grade dancers competing in Pom, Jazz, and Hip Hop. The team is part of the overall 5-team organization and participates in many community events including fundraisers and the Centerville 4th of July Parade.

Summer technique classes are held June through July. A one-week camp is held end of July/early August for the dancers to take technique class, learn choreography, and participate in team-building activities. Regular team practices begin in August and end in April with competition season starting in January.
